The default settings for feature layers published from ArcGIS Survey123 Connect are set to disable query capability to provide the most secure data experience. Users can change these settings to enable query, or utilize feature layer views. When the query capability is disabled, features cannot be queried (for example, in ArcGIS Field Maps) by users other than the owner and the users with the administrator role in the same organization.
