The SMP team has confirmed that the street segment in question currently does not support routing across the bridge. Upcoming datasets will be reviewed to determine whether the issue has been resolved, and the matter will also be reported to the data vendor if necessary.Solución alternativa
Data issues such as these often result from timing discrepancies between when a street segment is closed and re-opened and when those changes are reflected in the data vendor’s database. For more dynamic or frequently updated data sources, consider using the ArcGIS Online routing service or transitioning to the SMP Custom Roads product, which allows temporary network adjustments while awaiting updates from the vendor or SMP product team.
