This is a known limitation of print services published from ArcMap. The new print services published from ArcGIS Pro do not have this issue. Please refer to this document to solve this issue: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/create-web-apps/windows/tutorial-publish-additional-layouts-for-printing-with-arcgis-pro.htm

Solución alternativa

  • The default server printing tool prints out the map without issue.
  • A custom printing tool from ArcGIS Pro prints out the map without any issue.
