National Imagery Transmission Format (NITF) support is designed to no longer require statistics to be constructed. A bug in a previous release prevents this capability from engaging, but it is fixed in ArcGIS Pro versions after 3.1. This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.Solución alternativa
In ArcGIS Pro, navigate to Project > Option > Raster and Imagery > Raster Dataset and select the 'Always build pyramids' and 'Always calculate statistics' options.
