Some Red Hat Linux distributions using GNU C Library (glibc) cause issues with the Portal for ArcGIS index when attempting to migrate using Web GIS Disaster Recovery (WebGISDR).

- Restore the target Portal for ArcGIS using WebGISDR. (Sometimes, this issue fails and returns the error, "This connection has been closed.").
- Once the restore is successful, login to the Portal for ArcGIS database using PostgreSQL:
- Use “\d gw_users” to show the tables information including indexes.
- Rebuild all indexes: “REINDEX DATABASE gwdb;”
- Login to ArcGIS Portal Administrator REST API interface, run portaladmin/system/indexer/reindex in full mode.
- Verify the index has been built correctly: portaladmin/system/indexer/status.
