Error
Some organizations in ArcGIS Online may experience drops or spikes in storage credit charges prior to early January 2020 or an increase in storage credit charges early January 2020.

Due to an issue with the storage querying system identified, customers may have seen an increase in their credits for storage around January 6, 2020. Credits for feature storage are now reported accurately while they were under-reported previously. The Operations team continues to evaluate this issue, and there may still be minor under-reporting of storage as the team continues to finalize a fix for an upcoming release. Customers are not retroactively charged for credits that were not charged before January 6, 2020, or for any under-reported storage calculations related to this issue before it is fully resolved. Charts and reporting continue to reflect the lower credit usage calculation and will not be updated.Pasos para reproducir
