Some feature names in the License Manager do not work with INCLUDE and INCLUDE_ENTITLEMENT to borrow a license.

Changing feature name will make the INCLUDE option moot. There does exist issue with INCLUDE_ENTITLEMENT allowing user to borrow, this should not.Solución alternativa
