Showing a MessageBox on the startup method of a custom ArcMap application extension whilst simultaneously opening ArcMap corrupts the Normal.mxt file.

Delete Normal.mxt file located at C:\Users\<user profile>\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\Desktop10.2\ArcMap\Templates. Restart ArcMap.Pasos para reproducir
