Shape field in the name column (cell B2) of the Spike Samples in Survey123 for ArcGIS prevents the item from being published to Portal for ArcGIS.

The Spike Samples is updated and the name 'shape' is removed on the 28 November 2018. Please download the sample again and re-publish.

  • Use ArcGIS Online.
  • Delete 'shape' out of cell B2.
