Selecting an existing survey using the Survey widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder from a public-facing ArcGIS Enterprise portal returns the ArcGIS Survey123 website instead of the form.

Solución alternativa

Use the Embed widget to get the survey form URL and paste it into the URL box. This takes the survey form and presents it in the Experience Builder pane. Users are then able to submit the answers to the survey questions.
