Solución alternativa

1. Convert the MDB or SDE feature class to a file geodatabase or a shapefile2. Export the selection to a new feature class of any type, then use the new feature class the input.3. Right click the input field in the Network Analyst window and load locations with the Selected Features Only check box highlighted.
