Select by Attribute does not return correct values when selecting from a current selection using an internal field, for example, SHAPE.AREA.

Solución alternativa

Create another field with a different name, but with identical field definitions as the concerned internal field (e.g. SHAPE.AREA, SHAPE.LENGTH). Calculate the values of the new field as equal to that of the internal field. Now select from current selection using the new field in the where clause. It should return the correct number of rows.
