Searching for folders within the Catalog pane in ArcGIS Pro does not return the searches as expected.

ArcGIS Pro is working as designed and as documented. When discussing searching local items, the Searching help topic mentions that "Folder contents are indexed, although folders themselves are not." Refer to https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/projects/search-online-and-project-items.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_DA35045FD26B4E20AF52398120E13C54 for more information. For example, when searching for local items, folders are not expected to be included in the search results, and if they are, it is considered a bug. As it is, the behavior described reflects the correct behavior expected for ArcGIS Pro, which is different from the ArcMap behavior.
