Error
Saving an ArcGIS Field Maps web app form of a particular web map removes the decimal place formatting of the labels in the web map.

This is an expected behavior in ArcGIS Field Maps. In order to support labels make use of finite precision, members are required to make use of custom expressions and the Round function.
