Saving a service definition file and packaging the data results in "Unable to save. Check to make sure you have wr5ite access to the specified file and that there is enough space on the storage device to hold your document." followed by another dialog, "An unknown error occured while accessing c:\ProgramFiles(x86)\ArcGIS\DeveloperKit10.1\Samples\data\USA\USA.mxd". Both dialogs appear twice before the last dialog appears prompts stating ‘successfully created service definition file!’.
