Saving a feature previously sent to the Drafts folder results in an empty display of the Drafts folder.

Solución alternativa

Set the feature column to NULL for records that were previously submitted (i.e., in the Sent folder), re-opened for editing, and then saved in the draft folder. This causes the Drafts list to reappear. If the user then sends a record based on one of the affected drafts, it may appear as a duplicate record.
