Save As option is inactive for non-owners and shows "Unable to find the related feature service or get the response from it", when a survey is shared with a Shared Update group.

Solución alternativa

1. UserB can save a copy of the survey from My Surveys > Surveys I can Update, expands the more (...) options on the survey > Save As > Save as button on the 'Save as new survey' window.
2. UserB can save a copy of the survey by opening the survey in Design view and use the Save As option.
