Error
Running the Add Spatial Join tool with large datasets from the ArcGIS Online hosted feature layers fails and returns the error 999999.

The error 999999 is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.4 Beta. Instead, a different error message, "004003 Gateway timeout" is now raised. In ArcGIS Pro 3.4, improvements are made to raise server-side errors and request timeouts from a feature service to the geoprocessing tool. This results in fewer error 999999 cases but has introduced new server errors. The tool cannot complete successfully as the server failed to return the records requested by the tool.Solución alternativa
Use a local copy of the feature layers to run the Add Spatial Join tool.
