Error
Rounding off labels from the field view does not honor any changes on the 3D scene in ArcGIS Pro.

Arcade does not support field formatting for labels. Use the vbscript, python or jscript as the parser and use the field formatting. Otherwise use the Round function from Arcade. Observations
1. It is observed that even after changing the decimal places from the field view of the selected field (POINT_X) which has non-rounded-off numeric values, the Rounding off option does not show any changes to the labels in the map as well as on the 3D scene view
2. We were able to reproduce the issue on ArcGIS Pro 3.0, 3.1 and 2.9.5
