Error
REST shows 'Service '<service name>' of type '<service type>' does not exist or is inaccessible' when the LSASS (Local Security Authority Subsystem Service) workaround is enabled on Windows 7 and 2008 systems.

Option 1:Add the ArcGISWebServices account to the Administrators group.Option 2:Add sufficient permissions to allow the ArcGISWebServices to query the service.
