Related records are not visible when a map service is added to the map and the visible range of the layer is changed.

Solución alternativa

1. Use the map service REST endpoint URL configured as MapServer/<layerID> when adding the service to the map.
2. Set the visible scale range in ArcMap before publish to ArcGIS Server.
