Refresh membership for portal groups based off enterprise groups with automatic account creation does not occur on account creation for a deployment upgraded from 10.6.1 to 10.7, but does for a fresh 10.7 deployment.

1. Refresh the membership for the users manually using the Portal Admin endpoint.
   1. Portal Admin > Security > Users > Refresh Membership
2. Alter the frequency of the refresh membership interval to be more frequent throughout the day.

3. Wait for the default refresh membership period (every 24 hours is default) to complete which checks the active directory for any changes.
