Redirect URI is appended when using ArcGIS Insights to add data within the workbook in ArcGIS Enterprise.

Solución alternativa

Remove 'index.html' from the URL in the web browser, and add the data from the Microsoft SharePoint connection, then it should be able to match the redirect URL set within the registered app in Microsoft Azure.
