Error
Reading a multiple-line annotation with line feed carriage returns in ArcGIS Pro fail to display in the same location as ArcMap.

While the annotation does draw in a different location in ArcGIS Pro, it is ArcMap that is rendering it incorrectly. ArcMap is not processing the plain line feed (LF) correctly. Carriage return / line feed (CRLF) pairs are drawing correctly in ArcMap. To resolve this in ArcMap, replace plain line feeds with carriage return / line feed pairs and then adjust the position.Solución alternativa
Replace line feed carriage returns with CRLF in all multiple-line annotations.
