Image services have shared lock that prevent schema editing. Use alter mosaic dataset schema tool before publishing. You may need to prepare the mosaic dataset boundary and pixel size so that they can accomodate to new rasters, as once published both extent and pixel size are cached by the service.Pasos para reproducir
