Querying a map service fails to return records when a Slovenian character is used in the WHERE clause (for example, Papagajčki).

This issue will not be addressed within the current product support cycle. Upgrading to print services published from ArcGIS Pro to a newer release of ArcGIS Enterprise should resolve this issue. If the issue occurs, contact Technical Support.

Solución alternativa

  1. Publish a hosted service. The hosted service returns the correct records.
  2. Change the ArcGIS Server machine region to Slovenian.
  3. Restart the machine and the ArcGIS Server Windows service.
