This issue occurs when the HTML page adds encoding on the ampersand symbol (&) for connecting the intersection, and the end service returns what is being asked from the HTML page. To solve this issue, geocode with the word 'AND' instead of using the ampersand symbol for intersections. This bug is being closed as a known limit of HTML pages and their encoding.
