Error

Purging features from a stream layer does not work if the stream layer is instantiated with the purgeOptions 'displayCount' and 'age'.

This appears to be working as expected. The expected behavior is that expired features (timestamp older than purgeOptions.age) get removed first. Then, if the number of features is still greater than purgeOptions.displayCount, the number is reduced to match purgeOptions.displayCount.
