ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes. This issue will not be addressed as it occurs exclusively in services using the ArcMap service runtime, which is based on ArcObjects. It is recommended to migrate the services to the ArcGIS Pro service runtime.
