Solución alternativa

1. In ArcGIS Online, open the layer's item details page.
2. Click Data > Fields.
3. Select the domains field, and click Create List to create the list of values for the field.
4. Click Generate List > Save.

Note: Replace the labels with the desired domain descriptions from ArcGIS Pro.
