This issue does not happen in a version that is currently under development and expected to be released in early March 2019.Solución alternativa
- Navigate to ArcGIS Hub Site Editor, click Capabilities and scroll down to the Beta Options.
- Enable the New Search Route and API option.
- The item is searchable in the Public site.
Note: This option should be the default in the next couple of weeks.
