Provide an Accept or Back window to warn users that deleting an ArcGIS Notebook does not delete the files uploaded from the notebook.

Files uploaded to the notebook workspace directory are intended for use across all notebooks owned by the user. These files are not associated to an individual notebook. It is the responsibility of the user who uploads the files to manage these files.
