Printing a web map with a basemap that is shared with everyone, and a map service that is shared with the organization, only prints the basemap.

Solución alternativa

Workaround 1.

1. Share the SampleWorldCities item (or another item that will be used as your basemap) with everyone.

2. Create a web map and add the SampleWorldCities service as BaseMap.

3. Add a shared MapService that is shared with the everyone.

4. Save the web map.

5. Print the web map.

6. Everything is displayed. 

Workaround 2:

Match the sharing settings with the service that was used as a basemap and map service from the webmap that was already created.  

Once the sharing settings are matched, this issue is no longer reproduced. If you revert the sharing settings back to what produces the bug, the problem is still not reproducible. This problem is only reproducible once.
