Error
Points return to the original location after moving them in ArcGIS Online during an edit session if <NULL> values are present in the CSV file used to geocode the locations.

Remove the null values in the pop-up before changing the location of the points. If multiple null values are in the CSV file, remove the null values in the CSV file before geocoding and publishing the service to avoid manually removing null values for each point during editing.
