This is currently as designed. With how we that symbol size is applied for points where from user studies, there were more users using the workflow of picking symbols for points and wanting the size to be consistently be applied as the galleries and being used to create the map. This also matches with how the size of a style applies to the symbol across simple, types and the size based styles. An enhancement could be looked into to see how this can matched to stroke symbols such as lines and polygons but might not always be possible depending on the symbol structure.Pasos para reproducir
