ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes; therefore, this issue will not be addressed. Grant the permissions through the SQL Plus command line. The SELECT privileges must be granted on all relationship tables with the SQL statement:
- grant SELECT on segment_acteur to viewersig;…
OR
Use the change privileges toolbox and select all relationships items.
