Error
Performing an export map operation on a map service configured with a dynamic raster workspace fails to produce an output when a different raster file in the dynamic workspace is specified using the dynamicLayers parameter.

- Publish the map service from ArcMap instead of ArcGIS Pro.
- Use image services instead of map services.
