Performance problems in only iOS Safari on desktop when using ArcGIS Experience Builder after placing a chart in a Column widget and stretching both the width and height of the chart.

Solución alternativa
When placing a chart into a Column widget, do not fully stretch both the width and height dimensions. Make sure only the width values are stretched.
