This is a limitation of the export engine. Reports have dynamic elements, like page numbers. To generate the correct values for things like statistics and page numbers, users have to generate all pages. The export happens on one page if it is set in Page Settings.Solución alternativa
Define the definition query for the layer and export All Pages using the Export Report option.
