Error
Opening a survey that has 'Read-Only' Geotrace or Geoshape questions in the web form returns the error message, "Error: Initializing form...TypeError: Cannot read property 'require' of undefined".

This issue is non-reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123 version 3.10.Solución alternativa
Use one of the following workarounds:
- Remove the 'Read-Only' option from the question.
- Log in to the ArcGIS Online organization in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect. Add '&version=3.8' or '&version=3.7' to the URL to avoid the error. However, this causes the form to no longer zoom to the location of the polygon.
