Error
OpenID Connect usernames created with an organization-specific login are incorrectly cut short, causing login failures due to a mismatch between the username and OAuth token ID within ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes.

A potential workaround is to set the 'Let new members join' selection to 'Automatically.' However, this is not ideal for administrators who only want to allow a specific set of users from the OIDC IDP.
