Error

Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) services that are not published to an ArcGIS Server cannot be added to a web map if the web server is added as a trusted server.

Both samples provided in this defect failed to have Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) correctly configured on the OGC server. Issue should not be reproducible when CORS is enabled.

Solución alternativa

Remove the server as a trusted server in the site settings.
