Error
Only users with the Administrator role can edit an attribute table in Map Viewer when the layer was published from ArcGIS for Excel.

Tested with Creator and Publisher roles against a layer not owned by the account. The reproduced video shows that the bug is for the visualization tab, not the map viewer. Following the steps and publishing the repro data also does not show the issue in testing. Additionally, it cannot be reproduced with similar data. Editing should work on the table from the visualization tab when double-clicking a cell to start editing. The editing tools on the side panel not showing up are by design. The visualization tabs' primary role is to update the visualization of the data and not editing. Please re-log with additional details if this was closed in error.Pasos para reproducir
