Solución alternativa

1. Edit the JavaScript object notation (JSON) to remove the Table typeKeyword, after which the table shows up as an option.
2. Publish the table data as a hosted feature layer. (If creating nildimensional features is problematic, use 0,0 coordinates for all features).
