Error
No license expiration warning message is displayed when starting ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro although the 'Show licenses expiration warning messages' check box is checked on ArcGIS License Manager 2021.0.

ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes; therefore, this issue will not be addressed.
