The choices for single select and multiple select questions appear differently in Survey123 field app and web app. When a survey is previewed in the Survey123 website, the preview of the survey form as it appears in web app (i.e. a browser window on a computer, laptop, tablet, or a mobile phone), so it could be different than how the form appears in the field app.
