This is a known issue in ArcGIS Pro 2.9, which does not display the analyzer error message when the parameters are different between client and server. The error message is added back in ArcGIS Pro 3.0. However, the error message prevents users from publishing to an older version of ArcGIS Enterprise even if the parameters are changed to the same as on the server side. This is to be updated from an error to a warning message in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.Pasos para reproducir
