Misclose appears on child parcels if the parent parcel is rotated or scaled and Construct From Parent is run when using the 'View and edit parcels in a local coordinate system' option.

Non-reproducible. The Construct From Parent workflow using the 'View and edit parcels in a local coordinate system' option on a rotated parcel does not introduce misclosure on the new parcels.

Solución alternativa

Use the Proportion option of the Breakline tool.
