Error

MIL-STD-2525B specifies that obstacle symbols be drawn in green on systems with color. When the feature class cursor insertion is used and method of managing Military Overlay Editor (MOLE) symbology updated, the symbols first render correctly in green but after they are updated, they always render in black.
