Error

Measured Grid using a Geographic coordinate system does not display units in decimcal degrees when dataframe is in projected coordinate system with linear units as meters

Solución alternativa

Project the data frame as Geographic coordinate system and then create a measure grid for the data. The display units will change to decimal degrees.
